All Levels Vinyasa
Energize, ground and center yourself with Vinyasa yoga. Regular practice of this dynamic flow will improve strength, flexibility and ability to tolerate and manage stress. We focus on linking movement with breath, working safely within our own bodies and challenging our minds to stay present. No experience required.

Introduction to Breathwork
Join Breathwork facilitator, Melissa DeJoseph to learn how to use functional breathing as a way to transform your health from the inside out.
Functional breathing will support you in using your body the way it was intended for optimal breathing. Using your body to breathe as it is intended will support your physical, mental, emotional and energetic health.
Additionally, you will be guided through various breaths and breath patterns to create relaxation and to restore balance and flexibility to the nervous system.

Transformative Breathwork
Join Breathwork facilitator, Melissa DeJoseph for a transformative meditative breathwork class. This class combines guided, active breathing with evocative music to support breathers in creating a revitalizing experience. While comfortably laying down, you’ll be guided to use your breath to gently bypass the busy mind to connect with the wisdom of the body for a truly self-healing experience.

Yin Yoga
Yin is a cooling practice that is done on the floor or close to the floor. We use props and stay in postures from 2-5 minutes without using muscular effort to compress and stress the connective tissue/ fascia in the body in order to improve its health. The props help you find your own individual expression of the pose that works for your body.
